There is a one time membership fee of $75 (plus shipping and handling) which includes a
Caduceus Cellars & Merkin Vineyards Corkscrew and an Autographed poster.
Order Fulfillment:
Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email, as it is your receipt and will contain pertinent information.
Wine Shipping:
All products will be shipped UPS and WEATHER PERMITTING are usually delivered in the continental U.S. within 2 weeks. WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGE IF THE WEATHER WILL COMPROMISE THE QUALITY OF YOUR WINE. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation and delivery of your wine within 5 days. The shipping vendor (UPS) will be responsible for delivery and arrival of your order. You will be required to show proof of ID and must be 21 years of age or older in order to receive your shipment. If you are not 21, UPS will refuse delivery and will return your product to Caduceus, which will consider them damaged goods due to the extra time they have spent in delivery at unmonitored temperature and humidity. Should delivery be refused because you are not 21, you will NOT receive refund.
By law, we can only ship wine, When Weather Permits, to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
If we don’t ship to your state, here are two of several possible reasons why.
1. Your state doesn’t allow direct sale. Do us both a favor and work with your state legislators to change your state laws.
2. The direct sale licensing red tape in your state outweighs our desire to navigate said red tape.
Merchandise Shipping (T-shirts, Caps, Pens, etc):
All Non-Wine merchandise will be shipped ground and are guaranteed for delivery in the continental U.S. within 4-6 weeks, though usually will arrive much sooner. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. The shipping vendor will be responsible for delivery and arrival of your order. International orders please visit Puscifer.com for available merchandise.
Exchange Policy for NON-WINE Merchandise:
We will gladly exchange your merchandise should you find defect or order the wrong size. All exchange items must be received by Caduceus.org within 30 days from the date of order. The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping the exchange item back to the store. Caduceus.org will re-ship the new product from our warehouse at no additional cost.
Velvet Slippers Club Policies:
All sales are final, and returns are not permitted. You’ll receive four shipments each year, arriving as soon as weather permits after your card is charged in February, April, September, and November. Depending on your Tier, each package will contain three or six bottles of our winemaker’s selections, winemaker’s notes, and our seasonal newsletter. Your credit card will be charged (plus tax, shipping, and handling where applicable) on February 1, April 1, September 1, and November 1. Your membership may be cancelled at any time after receipt of your fourth (4th) shipment as long as it is 60 days prior to the next scheduled shipment, otherwise your card will be charged.

*Members must have a valid card on file for quarterly release billing*
*Members must have a valid shipping address on file to an allowed state. (No PO Boxes)*
*Members with declined card will be notified to update your card on file. We will then make three attempts to authorize your card. After the third try, we will contact you a final time by phone or email to get updated information. Any member with a declined card after these four attempts will be cancelled.*
