Nagual del SENSEI

This is the 1st Nagual del SENSEI we’ve released since 2005. The profile for that original California wine was very unique and hit the palate in several specific ways. When we switched to AZ fruit, nothing we had growing at that time made sense to substitute. So we retired the name until such time as we could find the proper successor. The long term trial and error took us several years of planting many different grape varieties to see what wine, grown in Arizona soil, would express itself in a similar way. Now SAGRANTINO, from the Eliphante site in Cornville, AZ. appears to be a solid choice as a cornerstone of the NEW Nagual del SENSEI.

REMINDER! Wine is a perishable product. Despite all precautions, you do buy at your own risk and there are no refunds or returns on wines. KEEP IN MIND, IF TEMPERATURES DROP/SPIKE WE WILL HOLD ORDERS UNTIL IT WARMS UP/COOLS DOWN.
