Caduceus Cellars is proud to present the Outlier & Odd Experiments Division.  As we continue to explore, this is where we experiment.  A place for us to push forward, unlock potential, and discover new horizons.  Very limited production.

Trial Series# INI_RIP. BSV Sangiovese. Exploring the double fermentation method used to give wine more body, flavors, and structure. This method is used primarily in the Valpolicella region of Italy.
