The guys are hard at work adjusting our canopy on West. We went from Bi-Lateral to Quadrilateral with T-posts. This will get us more even ripening, better air flow, and possibly a bit more fruit. We’re dropping clusters that are lagging or thin. The healthier clusters will benefit from this. More focused plant energy.
