This was an odd season. Lot’s of rain early on. Then NOTHING for months. Most all pf the fruit was picked by the 1st week of Sept. Everything was fine for the most part. Quality was all there. Just an odd season. Judith’s Cab vineyard is in a bit of a transition. We are developing Quad trained canes. Still setting fruit on the bilateral cordons while the upper Quad cordons get settled in. This resulted in a little less fruit this year. Once again, Quality but not the quantity of last year. Looking forward to bottling the 08 Judith’s soon.
