Not sure which came first, Chicken or Egg, but Egg and Coffee must come before “Work.” And the Flatiron Cafe in Jerome, Arizona gives great Egg. It’s the perfect start to a long day in the cellar or field. Both Alan and Brian are true artisans when it comes to food and coffee. I highly recommend the Breakfast Quesadilla with a side of Capacolla and a Double Mezzo. Just don’t piss off the locals. People have been known to disappear.
