Ended up with some Barbera this year. No color and low Brix. We’ll see if we can pull blood from a stone. Good first year though. Nebbiolo, Cab Sav, Merlot, Barbera, Syrah, Petit, Syrah, and a splash of Malvasia Bianca. Not a bad first go round in the bunker. At ASV we processed Tempranillo, Sangio Grosso, Sangiovese, Cab Sav, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, Zin, Malvasia, Syrah. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. Regardless. Solid year.
